A family’s property in downtown València had not been used for years, and the existing infrastructure in this 75 sqm penthouse was mostly fully outdated; therefore, the need for an almost entire refurbishment of the apartment became necessary, keeping as many original elements as possible. The provision of a new distribution of the uses with a minimalist and functional approach determined the materiality and the furniture, rendering the multi-purpose spaces possible.
